How to Make Truffles Recipe

Ingredients:
- 225g finely chopped NutraRich Dark Chocolate Couverture
- 1/2 cup all-purpose cream
- 20g butter
- For toppings: NutraRich Premium Dark Cocoa Powder or Sprinkes
How to make:
- First, grind into small pieces the NutraRich Dark Chocolate Couverture. Then, set aside in a bowl.
- Lightly boil the all-purpose cream and butter in low heat using a saucepan. Then, pour over the chocolate. Allow it to settle for 1-2 minutes.
- Afterward, stir using a hand mixer or whisk until all ingredient has been blended well. You may add a pinch of salt to taste.
- Continue stirring for a few minutes until thickened.
- After making the ganache, refrigerate it for about 3-4 hours.
- Create 1″ round chocolate balls by using a small ice cream scooper or you may just use your hands. Enjoy rolling!
- After making round balls, place them inside the refrigerator until firm.
- Afterward, you may coat the chocolate balls with cocoa powder, ground nuts, sprinkles, and the like.
- You now have chocolate truffle balls! Great for dessert!
