How to Make Homemade Tablea Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients:
- 140g Davao Fine Tablea
- 1 ¼ cup heavy cream
- 160g condense milk
How to make:
- Cut the Tablea into small pieces
- Heat the heavy cream over low medium heat. Before the cream boils, add the chopped Tablea mix until well dissolved.
- Cool mixture in room temperature for 1 hour.
- Transfer the mixture to the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours or until Tablea mixture is cold. With an electric mixer, blend the mixture for 2-3 minutes until double in size.
- Add condensed milk, blend for 1 minute. Then transfer to a container. Toppings of chocolate syrup and cacao nibs optional.
