How to Make Black Champorado sa Gata Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups Gata
- 1 cup black rice
- 4 pcs. Davao Fine Tablea
- 1/2 cup muscovado sugar
- Sweetened milk
How to make:
- Mix 1 cup of water and 2 cups of Gata. Bring them to boil.
- Add 1 cup black rice, and bring to boil.
- Add 4 pcs. Davao Fine Tablea, and mix with the rest of the mixture until it melts.
- Add 1/2 cup muscovado sugar to the mix. Cook until it thickens.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl, and drizzle it with sweetened milk.
